Shipping Policy

EVE GOLD – SHIPPING POLICY Version: 22 October 2026

1. Delivery methods and costs • Standard shipping (PostNL): €7.95, without additional shipping insurance. • Additionally insured shipping: €19.95, only for products and risks actually covered under the insurer's conditions. • High-value secured shipping via CargoShield or a comparable carrier: from €69.95, depending on order size, weight and insurance conditions. • Collection from our shop in Vlaardingen: free of charge. Free standard shipping may apply to orders from €2,500. You always see the final shipping options, coverage and prices before placing your order.

2. Delivery area We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. At checkout you can see whether shipping to your address is available.

3. Processing and delivery time We process your order once payment has been received. Many products are available immediately; some have a longer delivery time of up to approximately four weeks. You see the expected delivery time before you buy. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed.

4. High-value shipments For particularly valuable products we may only offer secured shipping methods. You will see this before you buy. A signature or identification may be required on delivery.

5. Risk during transport As a consumer you bear no risk during transport: EVE Gold remains responsible until the parcel has been delivered to you (or to someone you have designated). This also applies if you choose standard shipping without additional insurance.

6. Loss or damage Has your parcel not arrived, or is it damaged? Please report this as soon as possible via info@evegold.nl, preferably with photos. We investigate the incident and contact the carrier or insurer ourselves. Your statutory rights are always preserved.

7. Collection from the shop You can collect your order at the agreed time from our shop at Liesveld 161, 3131 CK Vlaardingen. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID. Collection by someone else is only possible with prior approval. We may ask you to sign for receipt.

8. Track & trace Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link where available.
