1. Definities

1.1 In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• EVE Gold (ALASHKARS COMPANY): established in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands,
  registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92296246 and VAT
  number NL865983719B01.
• Customer: any natural person or legal entity that purchases products or services

• Products: all precious metals offered by EVE Gold, including gold, silver,

• Agreement: any agreement between EVE Gold and the Customer relating to the
  sale and delivery of Products.

2. Applicability

2.2 Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if they are confirmed in writing

3. Offers and Quotes

3.1 All offers and quotations of EVE Gold are without obligation and valid for 48

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices used by EVE Gold are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated

6. Delivery

shall not entitle the Client to damages or dissolution of the agreement.

7.Retention of title

7.1 All Products delivered by EVE Gold shall remain the property of EVE Gold until the Client has
has properly fulfilled all obligations under the agreement(s) concluded with EVE Gold
fulfilled.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

8.1 The Customer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons
within 14 days of receiving the product. This does not apply to products whose
price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market and on which EVE Gold has no
influence.

8.2 During the withdrawal period, the Customer shall treat the product and its packaging with care.
If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all delivered
accessories and in the original condition and packaging to EVE Gold, in accordance with the
reasonable and clear instructions provided by EVE Gold.

9. Liability

9.1 EVE Gold shall not be liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete
information provided by the Client.

9.2 EVE Gold’s liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid by
the insurer of EVE Gold in the relevant case.

10. Applicable law and Disputes

10.1 All legal relationships to which EVE Gold is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
